To provide you a quote with accurate pricing promptly, please visit page “Request A Quote” or email us at: estimate@demandsigns.com with the information below:

1. The drawing of your sign saved from Adobe Illustrator (or a similar program) in PDF format or an image (JPG or PNG) with the dimensions in detail.

2. The specifications of your sign, including the overall size of the sign, dimensions of each letter and logo, materials on faces, returns and backs, what application will be (Interior/exterior) and the depth of letters/logo. 

3. The desired light effect, such as Face-Lit, Face & Side-Lit, Halo-Lit or Partial Side-Lit. 

Once you place orders and confirm your final drawing with specifications, you will receive your order within 12 to 14 days.

If you need a fast lead time for your rush orders, please let us know and we will try our best to make it work.

Yes, most of our illuminated products can be suitable for exterior use, and we will provide you the UL Certified label for the type of illuminated fabricated lettering signs with your orders. 

Please specify the application of your signs when you send us the Request For Quote.

We provide two years warranty for our signage products. If our sign products have any defects during the first two years from your purchase date, we will re-make a new one for that defective letter or logo for you.

1. Payment is recommended through check or wire transfer upon submitting the invoice by email.

2. Payment of full amount prior to production if the orders are under $1,000 USD.

3. Payment of 50% deposit of total amount prior to production if the orders are over $1,000 USD. Total balance is to be paid before after production is completed and before shipping your orders.

Note: We will email you photos of completed signs upon completion of the production. We will email you the tracking number once your order is picked up by DHL/FedEx Express at our factory.   

Your orders will be shipped from our factory in China to you via DHL of FedEx Express shipping.
